Job summary

You will serve as a key technical resource between plant maintenance, engineering, and operations, applying risk management and data-driven strategies to improve equipment performance.

Requirements include a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and/or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing and maintenance experience.
• Familiar with SAP/CMMS and purchasing processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management strategies including vibration analysis, lubrication, and thermography.
• Analyze WO, breakdown and data to identify RCA improvements and root causes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to improve standard work and PM execution.
• Create standard work procedures with PM instructions to maximize impact.
• Support project prioritization, safety initiatives, and maintain compliance with policies.
