Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our plant in Carlisle, PA. The role focuses on leading machine reliability improvements to boost uptime and equipment longevity, acting as a technical bridge among maintenance, engineering, and operations.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years of industrial experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with SAP/CMMS, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing and maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine reliability improvements to increase uptime and longevity.
• Use risk management methods (vibration, lubrication, thermography) and Industry 4.0 tools to predict failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and operations to standardize PMs and WOs.
• Create standard work procedures and support scheduling and project justification.
• Support COS and safety initiatives, including LOTO program development and audits.
