Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Northeast Pennsylvania. The role focuses on driving equipment performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across operations.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to optimize maintenance strategies, analyze failures, and improve OEE metrics. A strong background in reliability tools and data analysis is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with FMEA, RCFA, or RCM as reliability tools.
• Strong data analysis skills, preferably Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Reliability Engineer- Northeast Pennsylvania Area
