Hydro is seeking a PM Supervisor in North America to lead the plant's preventive maintenance program for extrusion presses and related equipment. You will drive reliability, MTBF improvements, and safer, more efficient plant operations.

You will supervise PM technicians, coordinate across cast house and paint line operations, and use CMMS data to target improvements while aligning maintenance with production goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5+ years in heavy manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory capacity or leadership role.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the preventive maintenance program for extrusion presses and related equipment to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly PM activities on hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and ancillary machinery.
• Monitor tolerances, alignment, lubrication, and conditions to prevent failures and maintain product quality.
• Coordinate PM activities across cast house operations and paint line equipment.
• Supervise PM technicians, set priorities, and develop workforce capabilities.
• Plan daily meetings and coordinate maintenance priorities with production/operations teams.
