Hydro is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our North America manufacturing operations. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, serving as a technical resource to maintenance teams and stakeholders to optimize asset performance.
You will develop and refine PM/PdM frequencies, analyze equipment histories, and implement solutions to reduce breakdowns while supporting TPM efforts in a 24/7 environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Summary: The Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and performance of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, control systems, and safety infrastructure. This role develops and continuously improves preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance, reduce maintenance costs, and extend equipment life in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Serving as a technical resource to maintenance teams and stakeholders, the Reliability Engineer provides engineering expertise to address day-to-day maintenance challenges, identify potential equipment failures before they impact production, support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efforts, improve hydraulic and pneumatic system reliability, reduce breakdowns and delays, and support safe, reliable plant operations.
