Job summary

  • Familiar with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, PLCs, HMIs, robots, and CNC machines.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will drive initiatives to reduce machine downtime, improve preventative maintenance, and maximize equipment uptime. You will partner with third-party maintenance teams, operators, and Operations Managers to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability. This role focuses on proactive maintenance program management, data-driven equipment performance analysis, and technical leadership in project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background in manufacturing, with experience managing maintenance programs, troubleshooting complex equipment, and mentoring technical staff.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Drive Operational Efficiency by reducing machine downtime
  • Move the needle away from reactive maintenance to preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Develop and track KPIs to show equipment downtime improvements
  • Develop daily operator maintenance tasks (TPM)
  • Introduce new system(s) as required such as CMMS
  • As a subject matter expert, you will assist with troubleshooting and collaborate with the maintenance team to quickly derive solutions
What You Bring
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree (equivalent relevant experience considered.)
