Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical industrial facility in Hawaii. You will plan, schedule, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and asset reliability, collaborating with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership.

The role offers exposure to preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, outage planning, capital project support, and long-term asset management

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with CMMS (PeopleSoft) and maintenance data analysis.
• Strong coordination and communication across teams.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance plans, schedules, and outage activities.
• Create and track work orders with accurate labor and materials data.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, tools, and parts for planned work.
• Analyze maintenance history and trends to improve reliability.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and plant modifications.
• Assist with outage planning, resource estimation, and budgeting.
• Prepare scopes, schedules, and execution plans for major activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
