As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a highly technical industrial facility. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities that maximize equipment availability, improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and support uninterrupted plant operations. Working closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership teams, you will help drive operational excellence while supporting a culture focused on safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term asset performance.

This role serves as a key contributor to equipment reliability, outage planning, asset management, and long-term maintenance strategy while providing a pathway to broader maintenance, reliability, and operations leadership opportunities.
Reporting to site maintenance leadership, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and managing maintenance plans, work schedules, outage activities, inspection programs, and reliability initiatives across the facility. Utilizing PeopleSoft as the primary Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), this individual serves as a key liaison between maintenance technicians, contractors, operations personnel, engineering resources, and plant leadership to ensure maintenance priorities align with operational goals, safety requirements, environmental compliance standards, reliability objectives, and production targets.
