• Obtains diagrams, manuals, and instructions for maintenance work.
• Locates problems using measuring/testing instruments and diagnostics.
• Collaborates to ensure timely work orders and operational machinery.
• Controls and optimizes spare parts ordering, stocking and inventory.
• Develops preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Mentors junior maintenance staff and adheres to safety policies.
• Participates in plant-wide safety, Lean, and operational excellence programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
