Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with a technical certificate and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and process drawings.
• Strong written and oral communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities with a focus on reliability and productivity.
• Obtain and organize diagrams, manuals, and instructions for maintenance work.
• Locate problems using observation and testing instruments to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate to ensure timely work orders and operational machinery.
• Control spare parts ordering, stocking, and inventory.
• Develop preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Provide guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in site Lean programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
