Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment, facilities, and supporting infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.

The role collaborates with maintenance, operations, and engineering to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will manage parts, tools, and documentation while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in maintenance planning or related field.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP preferred).
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and reliability concepts.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment and facility assets.
• Partner with maintenance, operations, engineering, and other functions to support equipment reliability and uptime.
• Receive and prioritize maintenance work requests based on impact, safety, and production requirements.
• Develop detailed work plans including labor, parts, tools, materials, permits, and instructions.
• Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, and create purchase orders for parts and services.
• Manage maintenance inventory, monitor stock levels, and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate development and improvement of preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment data, and planning docs in the CMMS.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, environmental, OSHA, and ANSI requirements.
• Support maintenance-related projects and shutdown planning.
