Qualifications

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate industrial environments.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for mechanical, pneumatic, and conveyor infrastructure to extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions to restore production flow rapidly and effectively.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs within a CMMS to maintain accurate asset history and performance data.
• Collaborate on the installation and integration of new machinery, upgrades, and system modifications.
• Proactively identify potential mechanical or electrical hazards through routine facility inspections.
• Champion safety standards and regulatory compliance to protect team members and maintain a secure work environment.
• Participate in reliability-centered initiatives to optimize machine efficiency and reduce long-term operational costs.
