Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools like multimeters and clamp meters.
• Experience maintaining HMI systems and sensors.
• Capable of working autonomously in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues in HMI interfaces, power distribution, and automated control circuits.
• Repair critical components such as relays, contactors, safety interlocks, breakers, and sensors.
• Use diagnostic tools to locate faults in I/O modules, encoders, and photoeyes.
• Perform preventive maintenance schedules and respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Document repair status and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Support system upgrades with expert technical guidance.
