Job summary

Tetra Pak in Denton, TX is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliability and continuous operation of plant equipment. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement repairs, upgrades, and process improvements that minimize downtime.

Collaborate with operations, maintain records, train staff, and stay current with safety standards. On-site role at our Denton facility; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability concepts.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting; Siemens experience a plus.
• Proficient in CMMS and data analysis.

Responsibilities
