Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group partners with a leading industrial manufacturer to appoint a Reliability Excellence Area Manager responsible for leading reliability, automation, and maintenance excellence in a complex manufacturing environment.

You will oversee a team of Reliability Engineers, Technicians, and Automation professionals, driving predictive maintenance programs, asset management improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
Experience with RCM, FMEA, PdM, RCA methodologies.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD).
Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and driving change in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead reliability, automation, and maintenance excellence initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment.
Oversee a team of Reliability Engineers, Technicians, and Automation professionals.
Drive predictive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
Lead asset management improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Implement advanced technologies (automation, ML, data-driven reliability) to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
