Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group partners with a leading industrial manufacturer to appoint a Reliability Excellence Area Manager responsible for leading reliability, automation, and maintenance excellence in a complex manufacturing environment.

You will oversee a team of Reliability Engineers, Technicians, and Automation professionals, driving predictive maintenance programs, asset management improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
• Experience with RCM, FMEA, PdM, RCA methodologies.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and driving change in manufacturing environments.

We're partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer to identify a Reliability Excellence Area Manager to lead reliability, automation, and maintenance excellence initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment.

This high-impact leadership role will oversee a team of Reliability Engineers, Technicians, and Automation professionals while driving predictive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance strategies, asset management improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing advanced technologies, including automation, machine learning, and data-driven reliability solutions to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support continuous operational improvement.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline), at least 5 years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience, strong expertise in RCM, FMEA, PdM, and RCA methodologies, and a deep understanding of industrial automation and control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD). Experience with CMMS/EAM systems, cross-functional leadership, and driving change within a manufacturing environment is highly desired.
