Job summary

Kaneka North America is seeking a Senior Reliability & Maintenance Leader to oversee MI programs, maintenance strategy, and asset management across plant operations. You will mentor teams, establish safety and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance.

You will partner with Production, Capital Projects, and Finance to optimize spend, lead major inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance with PSM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required or preferred.
• 3 years experience in Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs and compliance with PSM standards.
• 5 years leadership experience at department supervisor level or higher.
• 15 years progressive experience in engineering, asset management, reliability, maintenance, and/or production in a large industrial plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance Engineering and Inspection team for safety, reliability, and results.
• Design and sustain a comprehensive reliability and asset-management program.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance optimization with condition monitoring technologies.
• Ensure Mechanical Integrity and PSM compliance and standards are met and maintained.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting to leadership.
