Qualifications

• 6 months+ of experience in data systems, analytics, or industrial engineering.
• Ability to communicate with users and technical partners effectively.
• Proficiency with Excel functions.
• Familiarity with Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts.
• Willingness to travel onsite and be flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pull data from multiple databases, analyze data as needed, and create reports to provide Leaders and Executives data to help make decisions
• Analyze attraction performance metrics to inform reliability trends
• Maintain equipment lists for operating attractions
• Document Processes and Basic Training Guides
• Partner and communicate with all levels of cast from Hourly, Salaried, and Executives
