Job summary
The Walt Disney Company in Lake Buena Vista, FL seeks a Project Coordinator within Disney Experiences Worldwide Safety, Health, Engineering, & Sourcing (WSHES) to support reliability initiatives and systems analytics. You will work with users to implement technical solutions that reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations for Guests and Cast Members.
This is a project hire through 9/30/2028 with no guarantee of permanent placement.
Qualifications
- 6 months+ of experience in data systems, systems analytics, industrial engineering or related fields.
- Ability to communicate with users and technical partners effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel Functions and limitations.
- Familiarity with Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts.
- Ability to travel onsite and be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Pull information from various databases, analyze data as needed, and create reports to provide Leaders and Executives data to help make decisions.
- Analyze attraction performance metrics to inform reliability trends.
- Maintain equipment lists for operating attractions.
- Document Processes and Basic Training Guides.
- Partner and communicate with all levels of cast from Hourly, Salaried, and Executives.
