Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Release Governance Analyst to support Grid Technology Solutions in coordinating large-scale deployments, upgrades, and production releases across utility environments. The role requires strong organization, executive communication, risk and dependency tracking, and ability to drive cross-functional actions.

Onsite 3–5 days with occasional weekend deployments across states; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years of experience in complex technology programs, releases, deployments, or consulting.
• Proven ability to coordinate across large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive work to completion with urgency and initiative.
• Experience in governance, risk, and dependency tracking.
• Experience in release governance or large-scale technology program coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure compliance with GTS release management practices.
• Coordinate and support release management activities for major deployments and upgrades.
• Track and drive completion of release criteria across multiple teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document action items to closure.
• Lead release readiness assessments, go/no-go reviews, and executive forums.
• Develop and maintain release readiness dashboards, logs, risks, and deployment trackers.
• Coordinate development, review, and approval of MOP documents and deployment plans.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting release readiness.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports and leadership communications.
• Provide on-call/onsite coordination during planned release weekends and occasional after-hours deployments.
