Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex technology programs, releases, or deployments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present status to leadership.
• Proven track record in governance processes, risks, and dependencies.
• Willingness to work onsite, travel as needed, and support weekend deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support release governance activities for major deployments and system upgrades.
• Facilitate release readiness assessments, go/no-go reviews, and executive forums.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, risk registers, and deployment trackers.
• Coordinate development and approval of MOP documents and deployment plans.
• Track release exit criteria across teams and vendors.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and status reports.
• Support deployment planning, cutover prep, and post-release governance.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document actions, and ensure closure.
• Provide coordination support during weekend/after-hours deployment events.
