Qualifications

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with risk, dependencies, and governance.
• Willingness to work onsite in St. Petersburg, FL and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure compliance with GTS release management practices.
• Coordinate release activities for major deployments and upgrades.
• Track and drive completion of release criteria across teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive actions to closure.
• Facilitate release readiness assessments, go/no-go reviews, and executive forums.
• Develop dashboards, action logs, risk registers, deployment trackers, and lessons-learned repositories.
• Coordinate development, review, and approval of MOPs and deployment plans.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and status reports.
• Provide coordination support during planned release weekends and after-hours.

Our client seeks a Release Governance Analyst to support Grid Technology Solutions. The role coordinates large-scale deployments and production releases across SCADA, ADMS, and related grid operations technologies. The analyst will drive release readiness, organize governance forums, maintain dashboards and trackers, and provide executive communications that highlight progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions. The role will require onsite presence and occasional weekend deployment support in other states.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $48.00 to $52.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure compliance with GTS release management practices.
• Coordinate and support release activities for major technology deployments and sustainment upgrades.
• Track and drive completion of release criteria across multiple teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document, assign, and drive action items to closure.
• Facilitate release readiness assessments, go/no-go reviews, and executive decision forums.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, action logs, risk registers, deployment trackers, and lessons-learned repositories.
• Coordinate development, review, and approval of MOPs and deployment plans.
• Identify, communicate, and escalation risks, issues, and dependencies impacting release readiness.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, status reports, and leadership communications.
• Provide coordination support during planned release weekends and occasional after-hours activities.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 years supporting complex technology programs, releases, deployments, or consulting engagements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across large, cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presentation and PowerPoint development capabilities.
• Meeting facilitation and status reporting to leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive follow-ups and ensure commitments reach completion.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, action items, and governance processes.
• Preferred experience in consulting, release governance, or large-scale program coordination.
• Highly desired experience with utility operations, grid technology, SCADA, ADMS, OMS, or critical infrastructure.
• Willingness to work onsite, travel as needed, and support occasional weekend deployments in other states.
