• Own the mid-level Scrum workstream that unblocks the Visalia roadmap.
• Keep Aetna's Emotional Intelligence CI under ten minutes so Visalia engineers stay in flow.
• Build PHP dashboards so the team stops asking engineers for numbers.
• Automate the manual Scrum chores that drain Visalia engineering hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Flask-based applications.
