• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives.
• Carry the Teamwork platform work that enables Aetna's ND expansion.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Decide when to buy Swift versus build it for Aetna's Minot, ND stack.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
