Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Relationship Specialist to assist members with daily transactions, deposits and loan discussions in our retail stores. You will build relationships, identify member needs, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This in-person role may require occasional travel between locations and Saturday coverage; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and training is provided to grow with the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions, open deposit and savings accounts, and discuss loan/retirement products.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to identify needs and provide superior service.
• Learn the ins and outs of financial services with opportunities for growth and advancement.
• In-person role in retail stores with occasional travel between Grow locations and Saturday rotation.
