Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Tampa, FL, is seeking an entry-level Relationship Specialist for in-person service at our retail stores. You will process transactions, open accounts, and discuss loan and retirement products while building lasting member relationships.

The role requires a positive mindset, trainability, and a passion for service, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and open deposit, savings and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members.
