GrowFinancialFederal Credit Union is hiring an entry-level Relationship Specialist to support our 300,000 members in a fast-paced retail environment. You will learn the ins and outs of financial services, process cash transactions, and help members open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts.

This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering excellent service, and growth opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude for sales and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish required.
