Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Specialist for our Tampa stores. This in-person role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, opening accounts, processing transactions, and offering loan and retirement product guidance.

You will join a diverse team with a positive service culture and opportunities for growth, with training to help you excel in financial services and sales while supporting the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and handle deposits and withdrawals.
• Open deposit, savings and credit card accounts and discuss loan/retirement products.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and provide superior customer service and expertise.
• Assist members with questions, resolve issues, and promote credit union products.
