Team One Credit Union in Sandusky, MI is seeking a full-time Relationship Specialist (Universal Banking Employee) for the Sandusky branch, 625 S Sandusky Rd. This 100% onsite role covers teller transactions, new accounts, and consumer loans, with responsibilities spanning member service and support for remote offerings.

The successful candidate will bring a cheerful attitude, enjoy a dynamic team, and eagerly learn diverse tasks. Starting wage will be dependent upon skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell products to members.
• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Familiarity with ITM/ATM balancing and vault balancing procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret credit reports and understand debt ratios.
• Willingness to obtain CCUFC designation within six months.

Responsabilités

• Greet members, log visits, and assist with appointment traffic.
• Process member transactions accurately and promptly.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with branch closing procedures.
• Promote products/services and educate members about new offerings.
• Assist with ITM/ATM balancing and night-drop transactions.
• Open new accounts, CDs, and IRAs.
• Process consumer loans from application to disbursement.
• Assist members with mobile app and online banking features.
• Protect member information and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide sound recommendations to inspire trust.
• Adhere to security, risk and regulatory policies.
