Job summary

Firelands Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Relationship Consultant in Bellevue, OH. You will build relationships with members, identify lending opportunities, and connect people with solutions that meet their financial needs.

You will handle loan applications across consumer products, educate members on options, and work toward individual and team goals while helping members improve their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Previous lending and/or loan application experience in banking or credit unions.
• Experience in sales or goal-driven environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Identify lending opportunities within our existing member base and connect to solutions.
• Help members apply for loans and guide through underwriting steps.
• Process loan applications across the full range of consumer lending products.
• Educate members to improve their financial well-being.
• Build referrals and a future book of business through community relationships.
