Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to branch staff, ensuring operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
• Develop plans to grow new business and existing relationships, including site visits and prospecting.
• Lead with other departments to develop market areas and promote bank services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank products to identify and satisfy customer needs.
• Interview loan applicants and process loans under direction of Loan Officer.
• Ensure security, compliance, and policy adherence within the branch.
