Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years retirement industry experience.
• Must become an associated person of Principal Securities, Inc.
• Qualified Plan knowledge strongly preferred (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution)
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plan sponsor and advisor on plan design, investments, and retirement readiness.
• Conduct plan level health reviews.
• Resolve complex issues and problems.
