Nuvision Federal Credit Union in Anchorage is seeking a Relationship Manager I to consult with members, identify needs, and refer suitable financial solutions while meeting performance targets. You will handle diverse transactions, loans, deposits, and product recommendations with a focus on providing trusted financial guidance.

The role emphasizes member experience, confidentiality, and professional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

12 months experience in a similar position with prior loan experience and meeting service/performance goals.
Knowledge of deposit/loan products (Trust, IRA, certificates, loans).
Proven ability to garner business.
Proficiency in the operations of a PC and the capability to work efficiently in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong member service and organizational skills.
Excellent listening and communication to identify member needs.
Genuine interest in helping members and empathetic, caring nature.

Responsibilities

Process and fund all consumer loan types including HELOCs and VISA loans.
Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on pending transactions.
Maintain accurate records and complete forms for new accounts.
Engage with members to generate more business through proactive conversations.
Protect member confidentiality and act with tact and diplomacy.
