Job summary

Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu seeks a motivated IS Administrative/Relationship Manager to administer institutional accounts, oversee support staff, and drive new business development in alignment with corporate policies. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Portfolio of client relationships and demonstrable business development experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of financial services relationship management or related experience required.
  • Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bank systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manages institutional accounts and supports client needs per policy and documents.
  • Develops and executes sales support plans; calls on clients to identify needs and expands relationships.
  • Coordinates division support functions and ensures compliant account activity and timely processing.
  • Delivers presentations to client groups and in one-on-one meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
