Job summary

Bank of Hawaii seeks a Relationship Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences by connecting with clients and understanding their financial needs. The role processes transactions accurately and educates customers on product solutions and alternate channels of banking.

Responsibilities include handling cash, deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and taking care of vault duties, while guiding clients to the right banker and adhering to bank policies and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• 1–2 years teller or cash handling experience preferred, with strong communication and service skills.
• Experience with bank software and CIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to provide quality service and process a wide range of financial transactions.
• Support ATM, vault, night depository activities, and general branch duties.
• Educate clients on channels and product solutions and participate in sales/referral programs.
• Perform miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.
