Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of banking industry regulatory compliance and bank policies.
• High school diploma or the equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years banking experience preferred.
• National Mortgage Lending Service (NMLS) certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Relationship Manager team and assist with loan documentation and closing processes.
• Review loan files for completeness and collateral security.
• Monitor past dues, maturities, draws, and update RMs regularly.
• Develop relationships with bank partners to identify cross-sell opportunities.
