Job summary

First State Community Bank is seeking a Business & Personal Lending Officer in Rolla, MO. You will build lasting relationships with individuals and business owners, assess funding needs, and deliver tailored lending and banking solutions across consumer, mortgage, and small business loans.

You will analyze financial data, provide credit recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while growing the loan portfolio in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer and light commercial banking, with ability to originate, underwrite, and manage loan products and portfolios.
• Strong financial analysis skills including DTI, LTV, DSCR, credit reports, tax returns, and cash flow analysis.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships through consultative, relationship-based conversations.
