Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Client Manager in Centennial, CO, to lead client relationships across the full project lifecycle for land development projects. You will translate client goals into clear project objectives for production teams and proactively develop new and existing client relationships, while marketing JR's services to public and private clients.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, prepare proposals, and mentor engineering staff, coordinating with the Land

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid Colorado Professional Engineer license required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with client management and business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship owner across the full project lifecycle.
• Translate client goals into clear project objectives for production teams.
• Develop new and existing client relationships, marketing services to clients and partners.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality; negotiate change orders.
• Prepare engineering proposals, track marketing activity and pursue opportunities.
• Mentor mid to senior engineers and represent the Land Development group.
• Review and sign engineering plans developed under direction.
