You will supervise project managers, focusing on business development, quality assurance, and issue resolution while collaborating with leaders and clients. This role emphasizes client relationships, entitlement activity, and mentoring, with a strong emphasis on leadership in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET‑accredited college/university.
• Licensed PE in the State of Georgia.
• 15+ years of land development entitlement and engineering experience.
• 3+ years as a practice leader and business developer in the Georgia market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring project managers.
• Leadership in managing large-scale, complex land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and grow business in land development sectors.
• Lead business development efforts marketing to existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Support entitlement activities and serve as trusted advisor to clients.
• Assist in qualification statements and presentations.
• Review and approve scopes, budgets, and project schedules.
• Manage team performance and provide leadership across assigned projects.
• Participate in quarterly operations meetings.
• Engage in professional associations and community organizations.
