Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in land development entitlement and engineering.
• 3+ years as a practice leader and business developer in the Georgia market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and execution for land development projects in the Greater Denver region.
• Oversee project managers in daily operations and budgets.
• Develop business with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Support land development entitlement activities and client advisory.
• Review scopes, budgets, and project schedules; manage team performance.
• Engage in quarterly operations meetings with leadership and professional associations.
• Mentor and develop project managers to grow internal capabilities.
