Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years of customer service experience; cash handling preferred
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable
• Ability to count large sums of cash and coin
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving ability
• Team-oriented with professionalism and integrity

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized, responsive, and convenient customer experience.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
• Provide timely, accurate, and thorough service.
• Learn and promote all Bank products and services, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and guide them through online banking and ATM PIN resets.
• Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and official checks.
• Handle CD penalties, stop payments, ACH stop payments, currency transaction reports, PIN resets, disputes, and debit card orders.
• Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
