Commercial Fire Protection Inc. in the Bay Area seeks a Relationship Development Manager to connect our family of companies, identify cross-sell opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive Bay Area revenue growth. This inside/outside role blends phone, email outreach, and time in the field with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate cross-sell opportunities across the client bases of Commercial Fire Protection and family brands.
• Work inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct site walks and prepare service proposals across our full suite of brands.
• Learn each brand's services and position the right mix for each client.
• Present and position FireCloud as a differentiating value-add to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and procurement teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and activity KPIs.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
