Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with business owners, referral partners, and industry leaders.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral partners.
• Create new opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the CRM to ensure consistent follow-through with relationships.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event communications.
• Partner with leadership to support client growth and retention.
• Coach a portfolio of clients using the company's coaching framework.
