Testing Site - JPMC in Dallas seeks a Relationship Executive to grow the Commercial Banking and Specialized Industries Insurance Services business. You will work closely with the Managing Director and Insurance Services teammates to build strategy and execute it across the discipline.

The role emphasizes advisory, capital markets and top payments opportunities, with direct interaction with senior leaders and bankers, and travel to major markets for in-person business development.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM system.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Exam Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execution of established operating rhythms, including data analysis, report distribution and internal communications with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to Insurance Services teammates to aid in their development and objectives.
• Development and management of comprehensive “Credit Book” for the discipline detailing transactional details across sub-sectors.
• Manage client and prospect prioritization lists for each sub-sector.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for partnerships.
• Development and management of Salesforce Dashboard to monitor activities.
• Travel to top markets for in-person banker training and business development meetings with clients and prospects.

You are entrepreneurial, energetic and enjoy building relationships and providing advice to your constituents. A role as a Relationship Executive is for you.

As a Relationship Executive within the Commercial Banking and Specialized Industries Insurance Services team, your role is to act as an “individual contributor” to the firm, working with the team’s Managing Director and Insurance Services teammates to grow the business profitably. You will work directly with the Managing Director to evolve the discipline’s strategy and partner with your Insurance Services teammates to execute our strategy.

As a Relationship Executive, you will focus on supporting new client development and existing client deepening activities across the entire Commercial & Specialized Industries platform. You will have direct interaction with senior and local leaders, as well as individual bankers. And you will play a central role in driving advisory, capital markets and top payments opportunities with Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Sponsors Group, Transaction Development and Payments partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execution of established operating rhythms, including data analysis, report distribution and internal communications with various stakeholders
• Provide guidance to and partner with Insurance Services teammates to aid in their development and advance discipline objectives
• Development and management of comprehensive “Credit Book” for entire discipline that details comparable transactional details across each sub-sector
• Manage detailed client and prospect prioritization lists for each sub-sector
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships across the firm
• Development and management of Salesforce Dashboard to monitor and report discipline activities
• Travel to top markets for in-person banker training and business development meetings with clients and prospects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Insurance Services business model
• Seven plus years direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
• Advanced understanding of Commercial Banking credit and treasury products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding goals; proven top individual contributor
• Sales management and business development skills
