Job summary

Minimum 6 months of retail banking or sales experience, strong communication and computer skills, and NMLS registration are required; a college degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of Retail Banking or equivalent Sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently while maintaining accuracy.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Branch Operations Supervisor coverage for multiple branches.
• Acknowledge customers, greet and engage to deliver exceptional service.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and fulfill lending referrals.
• Meet personal sales goals for all banking products and services.
• Educate customers on digital channels and available delivery options.
• Document activities and follow-ups accurately in banking systems.
• Support branch sales and operations with proactive planning.
