Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in client-centric sales with goal attainment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and bank systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer privacy and security; follow cash handling and dual control guidelines.
• Engage in conversations to assess customer needs and promote products.
• Grow and deepen consumer relationships through outbound calls and referrals.
• Develop personal skills and complete required trainings.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and be the single point of contact for issue resolution.
