Job summary

First Commonwealth is seeking a Teller who will deliver outstanding service, protect customer privacy, and accurately process daily transactions with cash-handling integrity.

You will build relationships, assess customer needs, promote financial solutions, and participate in personal development through Pathways and BUILD frameworks to uplift the customer experience and support branch success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering high-level client service.
• Excellent communications skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office, Internet, bank systems.
• Ability to travel regionally with a valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of operational expectations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Protect customer privacy and security; process daily transactions; adhere to cash handling and dual-control guidelines.
• Grow consumer relationships through inbound calls and drive-thru interactions; promote products and refer-a-friend.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers via outbound calls and targeted referrals.
• Pursue personal development through Pathways, BUILD and BUILD 2.0; become a subject matter expert on digital products.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and be the primary contact for problem resolution.
