Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of meeting goals and delivering high client service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Technologically savvy with MS Office, internet, mobile banking tools, and bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Champion operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security; handle daily transactions and monitor for fraud; maintain cash controls and adhere to policies.
• Grow consumer relationships by engaging customers, leveraging marketing campaigns, and soliciting referrals.
• Deepen relationships through outbound calls, identifying partner referrals, and uncovering lending opportunities.
• Invest in personal development through Pathways, sales frameworks, and training updates.
