Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank seeks a Teller to support the Center for employees and customers, delivering an outstanding customer experience and solving problems end-to-end. You will learn to create an amazing experience while handling daily transactions and protecting customer privacy.

You will build relationships, identify financial solutions for personal and business customers, and pursue personal development through our Pathways progression and trainings.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals, delivering a high level of client service and adhering to operational expectations.
• Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills, ability to excel in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Technologically savvy (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• A valid driver's license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Champion Operations and Compliance – 80% of your time will be spent protecting the privacy and security of our customers and processing daily transactions while following cash handling, dual control, and policy guidelines.
• Grow Consumer Relationships – spend time engaging in conversations on inbound calls and at the drive thru, inform customers about products, and refer/partner for additional needs.
• Deepen Consumer Relationships – conduct outbound service calls and identify lending opportunities.
• Personal Development – invest time in own development, Pathways, and training programs to grow personally and professionally.
• Customer Experience – embody our mission and customer service promise in every interaction, driving sales effectiveness and ensuring issue resolution.
