Qualifications

• Experience in financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
• Represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgement.
• Must have S.A.F.E. Act registration at NMLS for employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers and ID needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and outside sales activities.
• Build relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
